Double Membrane Biogas Holder

The sophisticated integrated double-membrane gas storage holder adopts a predominantly hemispherical design, seamlessly connecting to enamel assembly containers, lip containers, and fiberglass containers. This design remarkably simplifies installation, construction, and maintenance processes. The robust outer membrane forms a protective spherical shell, engineered to withstand pressure and maintain structural integrity even amidst fierce winds and turbulent thunderstorms. Inside, the inner membrane collaborates with the bottom membrane to create a secure chamber for biogas storage. The intelligent membrane-blowing fan system automatically regulates gas inflow and outflow, ensuring stable gas pressure within containers and safeguarding the outer membrane during severe weather conditions. The bottom membrane is strategically positioned on a civil engineering foundation, guaranteeing an airtight seal between the inner and bottom membranes, effectively securing the biogas.
